[Tugindia] Using Devanagari

Create your Devanagari input with your favourite editor and save it as
test.dn. Then run devnag prepocessor over this file. You might use the
following command at the prompt:

 devnag test.dn

This will result in test.tex. Run LaTeX as usual and you will get
test.dvi which can be viewed or printed.
