[Tugindia] Conversion Program in PlainTeX

Dear All

I am working in a book, which client will be providing
xml input file based on docbook.dtd. Client needs the
document to be processed in plaintex.

This project contains lot of chapters, so we thought
of creating a program (Perl, VB or C++) that converts
xml coding to TeX coding.

I hope in PlainTeX it is possible to Write Conversion
Program (XML to TeX), Please send me if you have any
sample conversion files or suggest me some related
websites or  books.
