Dear all

Kindly help me to solve the below mentioned problems.

1. How to insert crop marks in the trim area.

2. The page numbers in the autogenerated TOC varies
from the actual page number (by one page) throughout.
For instance, if the page number is 45 actually, it is
coming as 46 in the table of contents.
