[Tugindia] Equivalent to `Enter/blank-line'

What will be equivalent of `Enter' of word processor. What should be used in
vspace{}, to have effect equivalent to pressing four times enter. I require
to leave vertical space equivalent to `four Enters' (i.e. four blank lines)
between title and authors' name.
