[Tugindia] Printing bibliography in each page

Thank you very much for your help.

> this package is from 1999 and you can simply ignore
this error. It is no pronlem to see if any problem
occur with another package. Or write to the author if
there is an update.

I downloaded the latest version of footbib.sty and now
I am able to get the desired output, though I am 
still getting the above warning. Thank you very much
for your help.
