[Tugindia] Doubts on tables

Hello,	    
	    
   I am new to LaTeX and to this list. I have some doubts regarding
creation of tables. I'll try to draw the table here.
	    
   Please give me some clues to draw these type of tables in LaTeX.
	    
   I also want to know how to put vertical text in a column of a
table.
