[Tugindia] LaTeX in schools

excellent. Lets put it up in the next TUGDelhi meet, and also as part of
the ilugd LAP project. Since that initiative and your adventures with
School Principals (;-) has already made some inroads into the territory,
this should be doable. 
 What is the opinion of other cities on the list?, please.
