Hi,
A rough and ready solution is use minipage environment with \hspace
command. For example if you want 2cm more right margin do something like

\hspace*{2cm}\begin{minipage}{xcm}
\end{minipage}
where x is \textwidth -2cm.
If you want to something better, you have to look at TeX book where
Knuth explains how set left and right margins for paragraphs.
