[Tuglist] How to typeset Indian languages

   Dear fellow TeX users,

   I am working on book on multilingual typesetting with LaTeX/Lambda
and I
would like to know what are the standard tools used to typeset Indian
languages.
I would really appreciate hints on languages and the corresponding
software.
Any piece of information will be really appreciated!
