[tlu] TLU critical update still faliing

Norbert,

What version of macOS are you running. Bruno and I have the latest Sonoma. On this
system

	sh ./update-tlmgr-latest.hs --noexec --keep

reports

Creating directory tmp.AHlgmoFqzJtlmksel
Verifying archive integrity... All good.
Uncompressing TeX Live Manager Updater  100%  Extraction failed.
zsh: terminated  sh ./update-tlmgr-latest.sh --noexec --keep

There is indeed a tmp file there, containing 

	master
	runme.sh

but

	master/tlpkg/installer/xz

is empty.
