Sorry, no. Checking the disk images on my build system that were uploaded for release, they have the following signatures:

$ md5 TeX\ Live\ Utility.app-1.36.dmg 
171e9eb5b0f787f4f6ee64cc041c1d8e

$ md5 TeX\ Live\ Utility.app-1.37b3.dmg 
3cdf50779c19fafd71a1b611f6fbfaa6
