[tlu] Problem at Norbert's Site today?

Howdy,

There was a long timeout from Norbert's site today. It did eventually time out (a minute or two) and I could update.

PS: Ever since the http site was an alias to the https site (or whatever that change was) it has taken longer to respond than it used to. It used to respond before math.utah.edu, my regular repository, responded but it has always been later since that change.
