[tlu] TeX Live Utility Version 1.03 for PPC Mac

Hi,

On the website for TeX Live Utility it is said that users of OS X 10.5 
need to use Version 1.03 of TLU. But no hint where it can be found.

Can you point me towards version 1.03 of TLU, in a version that will run 
on a PPC Mac (G5 PowerMac)?

If it is not too complicated I should be able to compile it if necessary 
(I have gcc 4.6.4 running on this machine).
