[tlu] "Update failed" in TeX Live v1.26

What is the setting in TeX Live Utility->Preferences. It should look like the image below:



If it doesn't look like that please see section 6 of the `Updating for El Capitan' document linked at <http://www.tug.org/mactex/elcapitan.html>.

Also, what repository are you using?
