[tlu] Addendum

Howdy,

On my second system running with MacTeX-2016/TeX Live 2016 pretest and El Capitan all went smoothly with the texlive.infra and other updates under TLU 1.24b3.

I also used TLU 1.24b3 under a system running MacTeX-2015/TeX Live 2015 (fully updated to the freeze) running Yosemite. All went smoothly ending with the usual message about the freezing.
