[tlu] Was switching repositories and go this crash

FWIW, I switched from the pretest repository to one which I usually used, with no problems.  If I relaunch, I get an alert about out-of-date repository (expected), and then a failed listing, but no crash.  This is with TLU 1.2.1, on 10.10.3.
