[tlu] new beta

New beta, with additional checking for launchd.config files 
(the more-evil modern equivalent of ~/.MacOSX/environment.plist),
and python versions. Also, the 2012 fallback mirror is available, 
and the Quick Look-like panel in the info pane will now use the 
system's QL panel on 10.7 and later.

Hopefully I'll remember to release an updated version in a day
or two. Any testing would be great!
