I updated the text. Most of the changes relate to the removal of the
Perl/Tk installer interfaces. The Perl/Tk tlmgr gui is still around,
though.

Screenshots come later.

One remark: I think most people will be mainly interested in
generating pdf, therefore in testing the installation items 2-4
should get less prominence.
