Just some small corrections

< top-level file \OnCD{doc.html} may also be helpful.

< Manual, \OnCD{texmf/doc/html/dvips/dvips_toc.html}).
> Manual, \OnCD{texmf/doc/dvips/dvips.html}).

I've noticed that e.g. \path|/tmp| makes active links in .html files.
For the Polish version is even worse: \dirname also makes 
active links in .html files. Crazy, should be ivestigated.
