Void Linux also has its own TeX Live package complete with maintainers.

As far as I know, it seems you can list the maintainer (for texlive-bin at least) as "Leah Neukirchen <leah at vuxu.org>" based on this: https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/blob/master/srcpkgs/texlive-bin/template
though you should probably ask them about it first.

Also, the Arch Linux package maintainer seems to now be Rémy Oudompheng as seen here: https://archlinux.org/packages/?sort=&q=texlive&maintainer=remy
