Hi,

The package is in the Repo now and can be installed using

	pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-texlive-core

https://packages.msys2.org/base/mingw-w64-texlive-core

There is still some work in adding other packages according to 
collection which should be fairly easy I think.
