Hi Martin,

I wish I had remembered that you were interested in the TeXLive 
stuff, as I would have mailed you when I got it all finished.
I won't promise that it's perfect, but have a look at my personal
package repository for 13.0 packages (32 and 64 bit):
   http://rlworkman.net/pkgs/  (please consider pulling from the
   mirror maintained by Darren Austin though)

If you happen to be using the Slackware -current tree, then you'll
have to build TeXLive yourself due to the poppler ABI change from
13.0 to -current ( the 13.0 package won't work ).
