[tldistro] Is TL2009 finalised?

    I am travelling to Hungary next friday to a hackathon to port TL2009. So
    are the tarballs on tug.org finalised?

The ones there now are not final, no.  Perhaps they will be by next
Friday.  But even if not, porting work based on them would surely not be
wasted.  I very much doubt there will be any further changes to the
compilable sources (after one more tiny non-portability-related fix to
mpost coming shortly).
