[tlbuild] Github action fails for Solaris

Dear all,

As of TeX Live revision 72269 the Github build actions fail for both 
Solaris platforms in step "Run 'run' in VM" with this shell error:

   sh[4]: tree: not found [No such file or directory]

Something seems to be missing.
