[tlbuild] xpdf 4.05 import broken

I confirm that the revert fixed all the build failures, thanks a lot!

Not at all! Nobody knows in advance whether something fails. I am
surprised that an update from 4.04 to 4.05 of xpdf did made that much
troubles.
