[tlbuild] xpdf 4.05 import broken

Hi Kakuto-sensei,

the recent import of new xpdf seems to have been missing something, the
builds are failing with

config.status: creating aconf.h
config.status: linking ../../../libs/xpdf/xpdf-src/aconf2.h to aconf2.h
config.status: error: ../../../libs/xpdf/xpdf-src/aconf2.h: file not found
=== configuring in xpdf failed
