[tlbuild] TeX Live builds via Github - Solaris done

Hi all,

Github Actions binary builds are proceeding nicely. I just got Solaris
(32/64bit) builds running, too. That brings the set of built binaries:

texlive-bin-amd64-freebsd.tar.gz 62.2 MB
texlive-bin-amd64-solaris.tar.gz 54.9 MB
texlive-bin-i386-freebsd.tar.gz 62.2 MB
texlive-bin-i386-linux.tar.gz 62.2 MB
texlive-bin-i386-solaris.tar.gz 51.9 MB
texlive-bin-x86_64-linux.tar.gz 61.1 MB
texlive-bin-x86_64-linuxmusl.tar.gz 62.4 MB

If you want to test some of those binaries - which would be greatly
appreciated in particular for freebsd and solaris - then please get the
binaries soon (within a few days) from
	https://github.com/TeX-Live/texlive-source/actions/runs/7639627399

That leaves NetBSD, Darwin, Windows, Cygwin open ...
