[tlbuild] *BSD help - building TL

Hi everyone

I am adding automatic build support for *BSD on Github Actions, but
have not the faintest idea what needs to be installed to run the
usual build of TeX Live.

If one with *BSD experience could please look into
	https://github.com/TeX-Live/texlive-source/tree/trunk/.github/scripts
and let me know what would be an appropriate contents for
	install-deps.XXXbsd.sh
and whether there are things to be adjusted for the script build-tl.sh.
