Ohhh, strange. That happens when a build fails, but it should error out.
The action run
https://github.com/TeX-Live/texlive-source/actions/runs/7536832004
contains proper build, the other partially only, the latest all failed.
That is bad. Need to look into that.

BTW, it is all in Build/source/.github/, no external code needed anymore
