I did some basic experiments in the "luametatex" branch of
https://github.com/mojca/texlive-source.
https://github.com/mojca/texlive-source/commits/luametatex
It's not ready yet, and ./reautoconf still needs to be run.
(Yes, I'm aware that the configure file that I copied gets overwritten for now.)
My first question is: I cannot figure out how to get
--enable-luametatex flag running, to start with.
I see that there is for example --enable-xindy, but I don't see where
exactly that flag comes from.
(I see the source for --enable-xindy-docs, but not for --enable-xindy itself.)
