My patch definitively fixes the errors with 'std::hash'.

According to the build logs for TeX Live on Github, now a slightly 
different error scenario shows up. I'll try to investigate later.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to an 'old' gcc, so I can only see 
the error messages when the automated builds fail and the action reports 
appear.
