thanks for your offer to build loongarch64-linux TeX Live binaries.

In addition to what Karl said/wrote here:

We also need what config.guess outputs on the architecture you are
building. My guess from reading the code it will be
	loongarch64-unknown-linux-gnu
Is this correct? 


If yes, the respective binary directory will be
	Master/bin/loongarch64-linux/
