[tlbuild] rebuild tl please

Dear Karl,

Feel free to take the binaries from the garden at any given time (for
any of the platforms: i386-freebsd, amd64-freebsd, i386-solaris,
x86_64-solaris, x86_64-darwinlegacy).
In case you don't do it, I'll probably do that by tomorrow.

So far I built and committed asy for both architectures on FreeBSD
(i386-freebsd was missing until now) and both on Solaris.
I still need to build it for darwinlegacy.

I will give it another try to switch darwinlegacy to clang 11.1
tomorrow and see how it goes. If it won't work, I'll simply stick with
clang 10.

Maintainer of the compiler toolchain just added an option to
statically link against libc++ in clang 11.
I'll see if I can make that work. At the moment I'm linking against
the system libc++ from 10.7 on 10.6 which might be somewhat fragile
(but it kept working so far).

I tried to build some tools like wget on Solaris without success (I
don't know whether it makes sense to bother), I need to check the rest
on other platforms.
