[tlbuild] Test failures for dvipdmfx on OpenBSD

It's strange because just one out of four build workers failed (same
OS version, different architecture; and same architecture, different
OS version both worked).
And it failed for a commit that had most likely nothing to do with
makejvf. It seems pretty non-deterministic.
