A week ago.  I noticed it in the 2019-05-06 rsync, which changed
these files:

texk/bibtex-x/tests/bibtexu-yannis.test
texk/bibtex-x/tests/yannis.aux
texk/bibtex-x/tests/yannis.bbl
texk/bibtex-x/tests/yannis.bib

(I believe the problem comes from those).
