[tlbuild] asy 2.49 on macOS 10.12, Sierra, and higher

I don't see what glew is used for anyway, attached is a patch that
removes it. Could you please check whether it compiles on mac, too?
You would need to run autogen.sh (or at least autoconf).

I have no idea how to test asy with this patch, but here at least it
compiles. Any hints welcome.
