Time stamp issue. SOmetimes (no idea why) the checkout produces .info
files with older timestamp than the accoridng .texi files. In subversion
which is the main source this is not a problem, but with the git-svn
checkout this seems to happen at times. That is the reason why I do
  before_script: find . -name \*.info -exec touch '{}' \;

Is this possible with the docker stuff, too?
