[tlbuild] AIX Power PC UNIX Build

Hi,


I'm using TeXLive Package since 2007 on AIX 5.x and 6.x
With the new TexLive 2014, I have noticed that the UNIX AIX on Power PC is
no more supported.
I never build a TeX Live Source but I can try it and help you to give an
official package if necessary.
Do you have a procedure to do it ?
