[tlbuild] interact.cc and getline insanity

Hello,

According to

http://www.cplusplus.com/reference/string/string/getline/

there are two forms of the getline method, which however, have
nothing to do with the one that is used in the source code.
I think it would be better to stick to standard C++ and avoid any
system specific thing,
