[tlbuild] warnings and error with pmx/mtx

I'm attaching a list of warnings generated by clang when compiling pmx
& mtx (they are new in TL, lots of other programs generate warnings
anyway, but maybe authors will find it worth silencing the warnings or
fixing if there is any actually problem, but it is low priority).

However building fails at the end for some "unknown" reason, most
likely related to
    http://tug.org/svn/texlive?view=revision&revision=26478
where pmx was changed into pmx2pdf

mv -f .deps/scor2prt.Tpo .deps/scor2prt.Po
clang -g -o scor2prt scor2prt.o libf2c.a
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `pmx2pdf.lua', needed by `all-am'. Stop.
make[2]: *** [subutils] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
      209.36 real 134.76 user 57.09 sys
+ echo 2
done (exit status 2) pet 18 maj 2012 23:18:22 CEST

(Mac OS X 10.7.3, compiling with clang & clang++, but the problem
seems to be in the makefile, so unlikely to be related to specific
compiler.)
