[tlbuild] mkluatexfontdb bombs: Solaris, hanyang font

Hello all,

running  mkluatexfontdb I got a failure with:

luaotfload | loading font: /usr/share/fonts/TrueType/hanyang/h2gtrm.ttf...r/texmf-dist/tex/luatex/luaotfload/otfl-font-nms.lua:244: bad argument #2 to 'format' (string expected, got nil)

This happens with my most recent (=yesterday and today) build on Solaris 10, both
i386 and x86_64. The build is from an rsync checkout, done yesterday and again today.

Here are the relevant facts:

* Same behavior of the same binaries run on a Solaris 11 machine.
  This actually happens with the very same font (h2gtrm.ttf)

* The problem does NOT happen when using the same new binaries (built early on this morning)
  with an older checkout of the Master/texmf-dist, around Apr 30. 

* It seems specific to the hanyang fonts: removing them from one the Solaris 11
  machine allowed mkluatexfontdb to complete successfully.
