[tlbuild] more progress on MirBSD

The script

	http://www.math.utah.edu/~beebe/tlbuild/build-texlive-2012.sh

contains further updates that allowed building almost all of TeX Live
2012 on MirBSD 10 i386: now only biber is missing compared to the
i386-linux directory.  The script also records in comments the needed
patches to a copy of <stdlib.h>.

The critical flags are now

	CPPFLAGS='-DU_PLATFORM=U_PF_BSD -I/local/build/include'
	TL_CONFIGURE_FLAGS="--without-iconv --without-graphite"
