[tlbuild] link failure for luatex (was: build failure in zziplib)

ok, it seems to be a false alarm. when building without optimization,
there's such link error... which is not present when enabling
optimization. it's somehow related to the inlining, since
__zzip_aligned4 is declared inline in libs/zziplib/zziplib-0.13.58/zzip/zip.c.

recompiling just zip.o with optimization solves the luatex link error.
