[tlbuild] Building trunk

This morning (about 3 hours ago) I have built the trunk (TeX Live 
2010/dev) and in the build.log file I have found:

This is pdfTeX, Version 3.1415926-1.40.10 (TeX Live 2009)

kpathsea: Running mktexfmt latex.fmt
tcfmgr: config file `tcfmgr.map' (usually in $TEXMFMAIN/texconfig) not 
found.
fmtutil: config file `fmtutil.cnf' not found.
I can't find the format file `latex.fmt'!

Note the "(TeX Live 2009)": it looks as if it is using my TL2009 
installation instead of the just built trunk! :-O
Right?

Fortunately, for the other tests it uses "(TeX Live 2010/dev)". :-)
