[tlbuild] texlinks

Hi, 
I just executed 'svn up' in the Build directory and then ./Build.sh.

After a while I noticed heavy disk activity and the system became so
slow that I had to re-boot it.

I executed ./Build.sh again and ran into the same trouble.

   top-level make world: running texlinks in texk/tetex
   cd texk/tetex && make run-texlinks
 
Zillions of texlinks processes were created.  I assume that only one
is needed.  Can anybody reproduce the problem?
