[tlbuild] TeX Live 2010 on Mac OS X

Folks,

Thanks to clever debugging by Peter Breitenlohner, the svn copy of TeX Live now builds on Mac OS X.
All programs build on Intel 10.4 and PPC 10.4 (32 bits). All programs except xetex and xdv2pdf build
on Snow Leopard (64 bits). On Snow Leopard, xetex and xdv2pdf must be excluded because they use
Mac routines available only in 32 bit libraries, but the 32 bit versions run fine.
