[tlbuild] XZ Source location?

Hello,

New to TeXLive, a former TeTex user. I'm trying to upgrade, but it
seems the xzdec supplied does not work on freebsd system - it was
built on a newer release of FreeBSD.

So I am looking for the source to XZ to compile it myself, but I
haven't been able to find it.  If anyone could point me to it, I would
be most grateful.
