[tlbuild] Still problems with epstopdf?

   In other words, it seems that, now, 'epstopdf' works as in TL2008.
   Is this to be expected?  

Unfortunately, yes.  As has been discussed on the main list, various
security issues were found at the last minute and it was not a good idea
to try to fix them in a hurry.
   
   (It seems that we are near the release of 
    TL2009, so this looks very confusing.)

The references have been removed from the documentation, and it will be
an entry on the bugs list.
