[tlbuild] Installing the current snapshot

I have build (on Cygwin-1.5) from

ftp://tug.org/texlive/Images/test/texlive-20091011-source.tar.xz

and installed from

ftp://tug.org/texlive/Images/test/texlive2009-20091011.iso.xz

After the burning, I see that the disk label is "TeXLive2008". Shouldn't 
it be "TeXLive2009"?

I have installed with:

$ /cdrom/install-tl -custom-bin /tmp/Master/bin/i686-pc-cygwin

So it seems that we do not need, any more, to add "-location /cdrom". Is 
this right?

Regarding the file "LEGGIMI", it has ALL wrong accented characters!

Last but not least: in the install-tl.log there are still the warnings 
described here:

Now, even if they are "harmless", as described here:

http://tug.org/pipermail/tlbuild/2009q4/001163.html

they, in view of the release, do not looks as 'good publicity', mainly 
for new users to TL. But this is only my opinion. :-)
