[tlbuild] A lot of warning in postinstall

In recent build and installation of TL2009 (on Cygwin, but perhaps this 
regards other systems), I see a lot of warning in the 'install-tl.log'. 
I have attached it for better analysis; you need to search for 'warning' 
with an editor.

Until some week ago, only a few warning were found.
